Atul Kumar, Director

Atul has 30 years experience in business and industry. It includes 13 years with Tata Power Company, India’s leading private sector power utility where he started his career and later headed the Corporate Planning Division.
In 1992 he co-promoted and built Practical Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. into a successful stock broking company with corporate membership of the capital market and derivative segments of the National Stock Exchange of India.
In January 2000 he co-founded Quantum Information Services Ltd. India’s leading web portal on equity investments, research products, & financial products through www.equitymaster.com and www.personalfn.com
He is Founder and CEO of Genome Capital and Chairman of the Committee on Trade Related Issues of the National Stock Exchange of India.
Arundhati Sunil Parekh, Director

Arundhati has over three years of experience in logistics and business operations, having begun her career with Parekh Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. During this period, she gained comprehensive exposure to operational planning, client management, and supply chain execution.
She is currently focused on expanding the Group’s presence.
Sujata Parekh Kumar, Director

Sujata has 26 years experience as a working partner in associated group companies and firms. She is a specialist in financial accounting, MIS, systems development and back office operations. She actively manages a group investment portfolio in equities and debt.
She was appointed a Dealer on the OTC Exchange Of India in October 1991; and co-promoted Practical Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., a corporate member of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. in 1994.
Securities and Portfolio Management at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad in August 1992. Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) – Derivatives Market – Core Module by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., in October 1998. Qualified to sell mutual fund products and has completed the AMFI – Mutual Fund (Advisors) Module of certification in financial markets. 2 years of Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas, Arlington.
Rajeshree Nayak – Director & Principal Officer
Rajeshree Nayak is a finance professional with over 26 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. She holds a B.Com degree and has completed the NISM-Series-VII: Securities Operations and Risk Management certification.
She currently serves as Director and Principal Officer at Practical Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., and leads the Accounts function, overseeing core financial processes.
